At GlobeWest Outlet, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your designer furniture; however, due to the discounted nature of our outlet items, returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of delivery.
Inspect Your Item
Thoroughly examine your furniture upon arrival and document any discrepancies or manufacturing faults with high-resolution photographs.
Submit a Claim
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt providing your order number, a description of the issue, and your supporting images.
Return Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, our team will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions for the collection or drop-off of the item.
Refund Processing
After the item is returned to our warehouse and inspected, a refund or credit note will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
