Are your products brand new or used?
All items at GlobeWest Outlet are brand new. They typically consist of overstock, discontinued lines, or floor samples from our premium showrooms, offered at a significantly reduced price.
What is your return policy for outlet items?
Due to the heavily discounted nature of our outlet products, all sales are final. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and dimensions carefully before completing a purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our furniture is delivered fully assembled or requires minimal effort. However, we do not currently offer an in-home assembly service for outlet purchases.
Can I view the furniture in person before buying?
GlobeWest Outlet operates primarily as an online storefront to keep prices low. However, detailed high-resolution photos and specifications are provided for every piece in our collection.
